Is your product in stock?

Most of our products are made to order due to the varieties of colors available and different kit sizes. However, most orders can be ready the same day or by the next day.

Can you make your products in custom colors?

Yes, However, epoxy is not like house paint so a perfect match is not easy. We will match the color as close as we can. Additional charges usually apply.

I ran out of (Part A or Part B). Can I purchase just the needed component to make full kits again?

Yes. We will be happy to provide you with the missing material to get you back on ratio.

I have material left-over from my last job. Can I return it?

Yes and No. Standard products that have not been opened and are in saleable condition may be returned with a restocking fee. Custom colors and custom blends (chips and quartz) cannot be returned.

My customer has requested a coating system that PETRA offers but I have not installed that system before. Do you offer any training?

Yes, If we have enough notice, we can arrange some basic training or make one or more experienced applicators available to help and train on your job. Additional charges may apply.
